Northland Women's walking and running club is simply a group of women encouraging one another to "keep our goals" no matter how busy life gets. We train together for 5K, 10k, 1/2 marathon, full marathon, and tri-athlon races. We are determined to stay fit, reach our goals, and maintain the wonderful friendships that bloom when women exercise together. Any woman is welcome to join and participation is always free of charge.
The group will be meeting down the street from the Liberty Community Center on Wither's Road at the Canturbury park at 7am throughout the entire month of June on Saturdays.
