Northland Women's walking and running club is simply a group of women encouraging one another to "keep our goals" no matter how busy life gets. We train together for 5K, 10k, 1/2 marathon, full marathon, and tri-athlon races. We are determined to stay fit, reach our goals, and maintain the wonderful friendships that bloom when women exercise together. Any woman is welcome to join and participation is always free of charge.
We are going to postpone Saturday's route due to the rain. We will try to meet on Sunday if you can make it. Everyone can meet at 6:30am and walk/run all together.
