So excited that those who are not doing Hospital Hill are meeting Saturday morning to walk or run together!!!
Those who are doing HH, we are meeting at the Pleasant Valley Church parking lot (291 and I-35) at 5:30 a.m. to carpool. We will leave no later than 5:45 from the church parking lot. I hope to take a picture of us all before we leave so be there at 5:30 so we can do that. Get lots of rest, eat your carbs, and watch your dairy.

wow!!! today was hard, but rewarding. I truely had to remember that I had to expect the same follow through effort out of myself as I do my own clients. The last 2 miles was purely mind over matter.
