Northland Women's walking and running club is simply a group of women encouraging one another to "keep our goals" no matter how busy life gets. We train together for 5K, 10k, 1/2 marathon, full marathon, and tri-athlon races. We are determined to stay fit, reach our goals, and maintain the wonderful friendships that bloom when women exercise together. Any woman is welcome to join and participation is always free of charge.
Our first meeting will be at the William Jewel track on March 29th at 6:30. We will run a 3 mile route that includes the track, downtown Liberty square, and then the track again. Can't wait to see you there. Future destinations will be posted on this blog.
