Northland Women's walking and running club is simply a group of women encouraging one another to "keep our goals" no matter how busy life gets. We train together for 5K, 10k, 1/2 marathon, full marathon, and tri-athlon races. We are determined to stay fit, reach our goals, and maintain the wonderful friendships that bloom when women exercise together. Any woman is welcome to join and participation is always free of charge.
The lightning has won today. The thunderstorm has forced us to reschedule the Resolution Run. We'll meet TOMORROW, Sunday, December 28th at 8am at the community center for our race. I really hope you can still make it!!

THat sucks that I cannot make it then. But I understand. I actually just woke up about 7:50...our electricity has been out all night. so glad I woke up though. I have to train a softball team in one hour. Have fun with the run tomorrow. Hey, I am still not getting any updates through my email for this blog. What did I do wrong on feedbiz?
I'm still going to be there...and I have all of the fun challenges ready for the course. If anyone needs to do this an hour earlier or an hour later on Sunday, leave a comment here. I can meet you at the community center with all of the info so you can still complete the race!
Yeah! I almost went ahead and showed up today...but the lightning talked me out of it. See you tomorrow!!
I will be there tomorrow for the 8 am original time. Hope the cold doesn't keep others away. I need to finish this race to complete my 2008 goal of 1 race per month.

I am so glad some of you can still make it tomorrow! I'll be there too....have to get that last race in for 2008! Hope many others can make it....it'll be a race you won't want to miss!
