Northland Women's walking and running club is simply a group of women encouraging one another to "keep our goals" no matter how busy life gets. We train together for 5K, 10k, 1/2 marathon, full marathon, and tri-athlon races. We are determined to stay fit, reach our goals, and maintain the wonderful friendships that bloom when women exercise together. Any woman is welcome to join and participation is always free of charge.

NWWR guidelines
1. Each week will have 3 routes. One longer distance, one medium distance, and one shorter one for beginners.
2. Mendy and Mandy will post the route to the website. The person who plans our route needs to email it to Mendy or Mandy by the Wednesday prior to that Saturday.
3. We meet at one place for one month at a time. If you would like to volunteer to plan a month please contact Mendy or Mandy by clicking on contact page below.
4. If it is raining only, but no thunder or lightning, then we still meet.
