The feeling of success!!!

Below is an email that I though was inspiring. It is from one of Mandy's clients who I also know from church. That is a picture of them at the San Fransisco Nike Women's Marathon.

Hi, Mendy ~

It was good to see you yesterday. You look good! I just thought I'd try to send you a picture of our San Francisco team. Hopefully, I've attached it correctly. One more friend of Mandy's went, Sara Wolf, but she didn't start with us. It was a great time! I almost cried when I crossed the finish line. As you know, this has been a walk of faith for me and when I got sick the night before I thought maybe it just wasn't meant to be. But then I decided I'd get up and go and just see what happened...and I never stopped once in the whole 13 miles!!! What a testimony for trust in Him! He took good care of me. It was wonderful. Of course, all of us from the marathon recognized each other at the airport the next day, even if we'd never met because we were all pretty sore, limping along. It was fun to have that connection with women I didn't even know. We all knew we'd gone through a similar experience together and persevered. Pretty cool!
