Northland Women's walking and running club is simply a group of women encouraging one another to "keep our goals" no matter how busy life gets. We train together for 5K, 10k, 1/2 marathon, full marathon, and tri-athlon races. We are determined to stay fit, reach our goals, and maintain the wonderful friendships that bloom when women exercise together. Any woman is welcome to join and participation is always free of charge.
Hey gals! Great running with you and the cows! Loved it! For Saturday I will be able to have 3 additional people in my car to ride out to our Platte City adventure. Can someone volunteer their vehicle for the carpool out to Platte City?
